These terms govern your use of humanaipro.com, the TerraAI trial and commercial engagement with Human-AI.
Use of the site
The site is provided for information and to allow demo requests. You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to our systems and not to automate form submissions.
TerraAI trial access
- Trial access is personal, time-limited and non-transferable.
- Usage time is measured per account; circumventing that measurement ends access.
- We may suspend access in cases of abuse or security risk.
Outputs and models
TerraAI module outputs are decision-support estimates. They do not replace engineering expertise, financial advice or regulatory compliance, and should be validated before any investment commitment.
Intellectual property
The platform, models, interfaces and site content remain the property of Human-AI. Data you supply remains yours.
Availability and liability
During trial phases the service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, Human-AI is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the outputs.
