Privacy information
This page describes data flows visible in the current code. The controller’s complete legal identity and address, lawful bases, retention periods, provider contracts and transfer mechanisms must be supplied and approved before this becomes a final policy.
Contact and controller
The site lists contact@humanaipro.com for privacy questions. Human-AI is the displayed name, while the legal entity, address and registration details still require owner confirmation.
Website and demo requests
- The form may store name, email, company, country, project type, message, submission time and follow-up status.
- Limited technical data supports anti-abuse controls, including the network address used by the in-memory request limiter.
- The server may queue a confirmation to the requester and an internal notification; suppressed recipients remain excluded.
Account and trial
- The authentication service processes email, account identifier, optional profile information and session data.
- The website records trial usage time. Language and theme preferences are stored in the browser.
Analysis data
- The separate application accepts building and site inputs and uploaded files, and may create derived results, charts, saved projects, benchmarks and reports.
- The current core also uses shared local-file storage; organization isolation, complete export and deletion from every copy have not yet been demonstrated.
- Model predictions may feed internal benchmarks. Provenance, permission and separation from observed outcomes must be corrected before reuse.
Optional AI processing
Some core functions may send context or a prompt to an optional LLM provider such as Groq when configured. Exact fields, processing region, retention, contract and transfer mechanism must be confirmed before personal or confidential data is used.
Providers, regions and security
The code shows authentication/database, email, hosting and optional LLM integrations. This page does not claim EU-only hosting, end-to-end encryption, signed DPAs or certification. The official subprocessor register remains pending approval.
Retention, export and deletion
No final retention period is published until the owner and legal reviewer approve it. Email contact@humanaipro.com to request access, correction, export or deletion. Scope, identity checks, retention exceptions and backups will be explained when the request is handled; complete core mechanics remain to be implemented.
